I had to reach out to support about an issue with my account, it took a bit longer than I hoped to get a real answer. There was some back and forth that got kind of frustrating, though they did sort it out in the end. My guess is they might’ve been backed up or short on staff or something, but who knows. Overall, it was okay, just not very quick.

I’ve been using Felix for a while now, the data speeds are a bit of a mixed bag. During the day, it’s usually fine for basic stuff like browsing, messaging, or using maps, but streaming videos? Sometimes they buffer, and who doesn’t find that annoying?
It also seems to slow down more at night or when I’m in busier areas, which can get frustrating. For the price, it’s not bad at all, but would it be too much to ask for the speeds to stay a bit more consistent?

I’ve been with felix for a while now, and the bills have been exactly what I expected every time. No random add-ons or surprise charges showing up, which is probably because they keep the plans straightforward. Payments come out when they’re supposed to, and the amount is easy to check in the app. Not much to complain about really, I’m happy with it.

I’ll admit I was loyal to my old carrier, so I kept putting off the switch. But porting my number over was surprisingly painless. Activation was quick, everything went through without drama, and I haven’t run into any issues so far.

I like that Felix lets me switch things up without making it, you know, a whole big drama. The plan’s easy to manage and I don’t feel locked in, which is pretty much why I chose it in the first place. It’s not perfect, the app can be a bit slow sometimes, but yeah, overall it works well for me.

I’ve been using Felix for a few months now it’s been decent as. The price is cheap, I don’t have to stress about running out of data, and the bill stays nice and low. Haven’t had any major dramas so far.

I do like that Felix talks about being carbon neutral and planting trees!! That was one of the reasons I gave them a go, and it feels better than using a telco that doesn’t mention the environment at all.

That said, I’d really like to see clearer info about what the actual impact is. Some of it feels a bit vague, like you’re just meant to trust that it’s all making a difference.

The service itself has been fine overall, nothing amazing but no major dramas either. I’d give it 3 stars because the green angle is a good idea, I just think they could be a lot more transparent about it
